Bayliner 325
Bayliner launched its latest flagship 325 Cruiser at the recent
Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
The 325 features an open design and comes standard with twin
5.7-litre MerCruiser engines, with the option to increase power
with twin 496cu in big block engines.
Other optional extras include a gas or diesel generator and a
16,000 BTU air conditioning and reverse cycle heating system.

Boston Whaler 235 Conquest
The 235 Conquest is the latest addition to Boston Whaler’s
cabin boat series.
With a beam of 2.58 metres and an overall length of 7.47 metres,
the 235 Conquest features a livewell in the port side of the
transom, while the starboard area is open with access to the boarding
platform and stern seats to accommodate up to two adults. When
not in use, the seats can be folded flush to the motor well to
create a 42-square foot cockpit area.
The 235 Conquest is powered by 225hp Mercury OptiMax outboards
and has a 462-litre fuel capacity.
Other features include a wide, recessed bow walk-around flanked
by a stainless steel rail, bow anchor locker, helm and companion
pedestal seats, port and starboard side storage bins and drink
holders and enough room on the dash to accommodate up to two
displays and a VHF radio.
The Boston Whaler 235 Conquest is built using Unibond foam-filled
construction and is covered by a transferable 10-year limited
hull warranty.

| Haines Hunter ProStrike
Haines Hunter has released its new
feature-packed 490 ProStrike.
The team at Haines Hunter worked
in conjunction with Shimano to create a boat for both freshwater
and saltwater fishing.
The 490 ProStrike measures 4.9 metres
in length and is rated to carry 150hp.
Standard features include, a side
console with bow and stern casting platforms, water and airtight

| Meridian 341
Sanctuary Cove was also the venue of choice for
Meridian to launch its all-new 341.
The new 341 comes complete with a host of features,
including LED lighting surrounding the cockpit and recessed lighting
in the overhang above. To the port side there is seating for up
to six adults and a wrap-around lounge at the rear of the overhang.
The saloon has an open floor plan with CD and DVD
players, leather seating and a 20-inch flat screen TV.
The master stateroom features a full-sized island
berth and two cedar-lined hanging lockers. The guest stateroom
can be configured as two twin beds or a double bed with the addition
of a padded insert.
There are two power options to choose from (twin
6.2 MerCruiser petrol engines or twin 250 Cummins/MerCruiser diesels)
and it comes with Meridian’s DOC (Docking on Command) system as well as
a 10-year hull and deck warranty.

Jeanneau Sun Fast 35
Although it shares the same hull, deck and interior as the Sun
Odyssey, Jeanneau’s Sun Fast 35 has a taller
rig, deeper keel and additional
sail controls.
Available in either 2 or 3 cabin configurations, the Sun Fast
35 has a teak interior with large storage areas, Harken deck
gear and a sliding nav table that opens up to create more room
in the saloon.
The ‘racing sail’ Sun Fast 35 comes with a Kevlar mainsail,
genoa, solent, intermediate jib, two spinnakers, sail cover, Raymarine

565 Coral Runner
With the colder months now upon us, Stacer’s 565 Coral Runner
offers protection from the elements.
The 565 Coral Runner has Stacer’s EVO hull and Mod Pod transom
and is manufactured using 4mm bottom sheet and 3mm top sides.
Measuring 5.9 metres overall and 2.4 metres across the beam,
there is enough room for six people, and it is rated to a maximum
of 140hp.
The 565 is packaged ‘Ready 2 Go’ with a 115hp Mariner

Portofino 53
Visitors to the Sunseeker stand at this year’s Sanctuary
Cove Boat Show were able to view the new Portofino 53.
The Portofino 53 combines wide cruising potential with top speeds
of up to 34 knots and a range of up to 300 miles.
With a choice of either open or closed cockpits, it comes with
a large bathing platform, ladder, foredeck sunlounger, a well-equipped
galley with an electric hob and microwave, plus audio/visual
equipment, including a large flatscreen
TV and DVD.
The master stateroom has its own en suite and there is an aft
port guest cabin with two single Pullman berths and an en suite
shower room.

additions
Quicksilver Inflatable Boats has introduced four new Hypalon
XD and 2 new Duratex HD models to its range.
Hypalon XD is a premium quality fabric which, according to the
manufacturer, is resistant to abrasions, hydrocarbons, fire, ultra-violet
light and fading, whilst the Duratex HD is a special grade of tightly
woven, heavy duty long-life fabric with resistance to cuts, abrasions,
and regular wear and tear.
Quicksilver boats come standard with stainless steel towing eyes,
lifting handles, a heavy duty PVC coated transom, elastic oar retaining

Craft Executive Range
Cruise Craft boats has announced the release of its new range
of family cruisers, due to be unveiled progressively throughout
2005.
The 7m Executive is the first of the three-model line-up launched
at this year’s Sanctuary Cove Boat Show.
It will be followed by the release of the Executive 620 at
the Sydney Boat Show and the Executive 570 at the Brisbane Boat
Show.
The 7m model will be available as a sterndrive, the 620 in
sterndrive or outboard configurations and the 570 as an outboard
only.
The top-of-the-line Executive 7m comes fully-equipped with
shower, toilet, galley, hot and cold water system and on board
sleeping accommodation.
