How to enter
Entry into the competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who hold a current Club Marine Pleasure Craft Insurance Policy with a current subscription to Club Marine Magazine at the time of each prize draw.

Promotion period
The Promotion commences at 9.00 am (AEDT) on 1 November, 2018 and closes at 5.00 pm (AEDT) on 31 March, 2019 ("Promotion Period"). All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
Prize draw
The winners will be randomly selected by a representative of the Promoter from a computer-generated listing of all qualifying policies over the Promotion Period. There will be five (5) winners drawn each month over five (5) months throughout the Promotion Period.
The draws will take place as follows:
Prizes
Five (5) members each month will each win AUD$1,000 to spend with up to three (3) Club Marine Member Rewards partners as promoted on our website https://www.clubmarine.co.nz./memberbenefits/memberrewards over five (5) months of the competition period.
Prize value
The total value of the prizes to be awarded during the Promotion Period is valued at AUD$25,000.00. Values are accurate as at the date of publication of these terms and conditions.
Notification
The Prize Winners will be notified in writing and telephone of their win and how to claim the prize by; (1st draw) by 5pm on 30 November 2018, (2nd draw) by 5pm on 2 January 2019, (3rd draw) by 5pm on 31 January 2019, (4th draw) by 5pm on 28 February 2019 and (5th draw) by 5pm on 1 April 2019. The prize Winners will be promoted on the Club Marine website for 28 days from (1st draw) 3 December 2018, (2nd draw) 4 January 2019, (3rd draw) 1 February 2019, (4th draw) 1 March 2019 and (5th draw) 2 April 2019.
Unclaimed prize
If any prizes remain unclaimed after three (3) months from the original draw date, another entry will be drawn: (1st draw) 3pm on 1 March 2019, (2nd draw) 3pm on 1 April 2019, (3rd draw) 3pm on 1 May 2019, (4th draw) 3pm on 29 May 2019 and (5th draw) 3pm on 3 June 2019.
The Prize Winners will be promoted on the Club Marine website for 28 days from the redraw date.
Permissible by law
To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the Promotion including without limitation the Prize Winners, release the Promoters from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by such entrant in connection with the Prize or their participation in the Promotion. The Promoters, their related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition, or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
In the event that the prize is not available strictly as advertised and published through no fault of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar content, description and value, or offer the Prize Winner a payment equal to the value of the original prize as published and advertised subject to the regulative authority.

By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the retention and use of his/her information by the Promoters. For details about who Club Marine are, how we may use your information and what your rights are under the new privacy laws, please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policies, which are available from Club Marine Limited at (www.clubmarine.co.nz). Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the finance and insurance industries from the Promoters or from companies in the finance and insurance industries in which the Promoters hold shares.
